The number of residential properties listed in the Arizona Multiple Listing Service shows 2019 off to a much busier start than 2018.
January of 2018 showed the highest number of Active Listings in 85028 for the year. February of 2018 saw 83 units for sale vs. 108 in February of this year.
In 85022, September and October of 2018 had the highest number of Active Listings. February of 2018 saw 122 listings for sale – February of 2019 saw 142.
85032 showed the most drastic change from February of 2018 having 99 listings and 167 in February of this year.
